Rendered Garden Office

Fixtures and Fittings:

Our Rendered Garden Offices come complete with stylish brushed-aluminium fixtures and fittings, including:

• Interior track light with 4 adjustable spotlights
• Exterior LED canopy downlights (if required)
• 4 x double plug sockets
• 1 x light switch
• 5kw glass fronted heater
• Consumer unit

The above is included in the standard Rendered Garden Office package. However, we can easily include extra fixtures and fittings such as wall lights or extra plug sockets to meet your specification.

Please note that provision of an electrical power supply to a Rendered Garden Office is not included. However, we will gladly advise and support you with the installation process if required.

Flooring:

Your Rendered Garden Office will be floored with attractive and hard-wearing oak laminate, which comes with a 5-year guarantee from the manufacturer. If this isn’t to your taste, we can source alternative flooring in a variety of colours and materials to suit your vision. We finish your flooring with pre-primed timber skirting, ready for decorating.

Wall Construction:

We use advanced methods and materials to construct the walls of our Rendered Garden Offices, including:

• 18mm timber cladding
• 25mm x 35 tanalized timber to allow air circulation
• Waterproof membrane
• 4”x2” c16 structural timber with acoustic insulation
• Celotex rigid insulation
• Plasterboard and plaster skim coat

Externally, the building is finished with a dual coat system of silicon render, which sits on an external fibreboard. This cement-free system boasts outstanding durability, resistance to cracks, and provides exceptional weather protection. Our Rendered Garden Offices are available in up to 800 different colours to suit your taste and blend with your surroundings.

The internal walls of a Rendered Garden Office are plastered and skimmed to a smooth finish, ready for decoration (please allow up to 2 weeks for the plaster fully dry).

Roofing System:

Our Rendered Garden Offices are crowned with a roofing system made from insulated panels and an unbroken waterproof membrane, providing maximum energy efficiency.

Windows and Doors:

Our standard Rendered Garden Offices feature bright, airy French doors, coupled with a small side window. The frames are available in a choice of colours, sizes, and shapes to suit your style, and can even be upgraded to aluminium bi-fold doors or sliding doors upon request.

Foundations:

All our Rendered Garden Offices are built on a tough foundation. We use a sturdy pile system, which sees metal rods inserted into holes dug at 1m intervals across the footprint of the structure, which are then filled and reinforced with concrete. We then anchor your Rendered Garden Office to this foundation as it is constructed.
